The ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SKILLBRIDGE INTERN role is an unpaid internship aimed at providing transitioning military personnel with real-world experience, focusing on various administrative support activities within the Quality functional area.

Responsibilities

Performs variety of activities in support of functional areas in Quality

Gathers, collect, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources

Compiles, reviews and analyzes data

Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations

May design processes to enhance work flow

Provides data and information to others on function unit process and procedures

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Creating new forms and assisting customers with creating new forms and revising existing forms, processing inside and outside customer form orders, updating and maintaining hard copies of all NN forms and tags, managing the forms database, providing weekly form review reports, reviewing nuclear procedures for formatting, posting nuclear procedures to the SharePoint and IDE sites, managing the nuclear procedures, SharePoint site, IDE site and the Procedure Index, resolving routine questions and problems regarding the NN forms and nuclear procedures, interacting with various levels of employees throughout the Company, supporting the Non-Nuclear Procedure Administrator when required, communicating effectively with all customers
