Responsibilities

Configures and supports SAP HCM, SAP CATS time entry, and SAP Payroll

Works with the IT configuration and development team to configure the system, deploy enhancements, forms, interfaces, and IDOC/ALE integration

Works closely with the business to gather requirements, design solutions, test & train users and deploy solutions

Troubleshoots problems and adapts quickly to new systems and technologies

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, or a related field plus a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma/equivalent plus a minimum of fourteen (14) years of relevant work experience

Experience with SAP HR / HCM systems, timekeeping, payroll systems, and ERP including SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, SAP CATS, SAP Payroll, Workday, AutoTime, and Jamis

Experience capturing business requirements, developing solution designs, planning and conducting data migrations, information system harmonization, and portfolio shaping

Experience participating with PMO, business steering committee, or similar governance models

Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required

Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship

Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance
