Responsibilities

Disrupt expert research the way Uber disrupted the taxi industry, the way AirBnB... - you know what we mean
Work with sales and marketing leadership to optimize all of our growth functions through strategic analysis
Independently lead projects focused on optimizing top line growth across
Work with sales to increase operational efficiency
Be a thought leader in the development and execution of new programs across sales
Assist in the creation and implementation of growth initiatives and sales teams
Facilitate connections between clients and experts through our marketplace
Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with clients and experts covering all imaginable sectors of expertise, geographies etc
Learn new things, mentor and share knowledge with team members

Qualification

Required

2+ years of management consulting experience at a top tier firm
Analytical superstar with experience handling large data heavy projects
You excel at working through large problems independently and seeing them through from strategic ideation to execution. Problem solving is your M.O
You have a passion for startup sales and growth. Experience in sales and/or marketing is a big plus
You enjoy work independently and efficiently with minimal direction and under pressure
You excel at working with senior leadership both internally and with clients
You thrive presenting in high stakes situations to C-level audiences
You enjoy learning (you will learn about topics as broad as AI and as narrow as IoT in retail in Thailand)
You think on your feet. When things change, you roll with the punches (no day is the same!)
You enjoy team collaboration, communication, listening and advocating
You communicate clearly, write well, succinctly and effectively your thoughts
Valid US work authorization required
