Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients
Develop a deep understanding of clients' business goals, challenges, and industries
Collaborate with clients to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines
Proactively identify opportunities to grow client accounts and add value
Conduct regular client check-ins and performance reviews
Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Assign tasks to internal teams (e.g., content, design, paid media) and ensure deadlines are met
Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks
Run internal and external project meetings, ensuring clear communication and action items
Ensure all project deliverables meet our high standards of quality
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of agency experience or similar B2B marketing environment
Solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics (e.g., content marketing, lead generation, paid media)
Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal
Highly organized and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously
Natural problem-solver who can think on their feet and adapt to changing priorities
Collaborative and enjoys working with a team but also self-motivated and can work independently
Ambitious and eager to learn and grow in their career
