Responsibilities

Designing, building, deploying, and supporting network and server infrastructure

Responding to and remediating system availability and performance incidents

Addressing support requests requiring administrator level access and skillsets

Working on special projects, researching new technology, and solving complex problems

Collecting and analyzing business requirements, researching, and recommending appropriate solutions

Performing hands-on work required to build, configure, test, and deploy technical solutions

Providing appropriate documentation and training to Operations teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience

Knowledge of server hardware, virtualization, and networking is required

Experience with Active Directory, DNS, file servers, SQL databases, web servers, firewall management, router and switch configurations, scripting, and automation

Preferred industry standard certifications include: A+, CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE or equivalent experience
