Responsibilities
Play a lead role in the day-to-day collections activities and lead the collection team to success
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the company to ensure the resolution of outstanding payment issues
Prepare monthly collection forecasts and track daily cash received against targets
Manage and provide effective oversight of collection controls and processes
Identify, report, and manage risk around ethics compliance, cash collections, and cash applications
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in commercial collections
Experience managing a team
Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
HS diploma or GED
U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred
Ability to pay strict attention to detail and demonstrate accuracy
Ability to generate ideas readily, exhibit creativity and ingenuity, and solve problems quickly
Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and develop process efficiencies, as needed
Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, including project and time management
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
