Qualification
Required
An active real estate license in good standing
Your fair share of closed client transactions
Proven excellence based on our client surveys
Agent must be computer savvy. Nowadays most of our work is done paperless
Agent to possess strong oral and written communication skills (including email etiquette)
Is self-sufficient and self-motivated with a positive attitude
Is confident and proficient in preparing paperwork and negotiating terms for clients
Is able to further qualify leads and prioritize accordingly
Preferred
Bilingual/Multilingual languages skills a plus
