Responsibilities

Oversees the preparation of forecasts and analysis of trends, monitoring budget execution, and variances across one or multiple projects
May conduct special financial and business related studies and cooperates with other departments in the preparation of analyses
Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately
Partners with one or multiple business units to design and develop costing/profitability models

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
8+ years of related experience
Subject matter expert and specialist on complex finance, accounting, and business matters
Expert Excel and financial modeling abilities
Expert level knowledge of financial systems with 7+ years of hands-on financial systems experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize conflicting deliverables
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Ability to manage, supervise, and coordinate the efforts of other Analysts within the Finance Team where required
