They are looking for a dedicated Construction Management Intern to assist staff with achieving technical, safety, and administrative objectives while supporting project-related information management.

Responsibilities
Support the development of preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans as needed
Maintain written project scopes in collaboration with staff
Manage the receipt, documentation tracking, and transfer of submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs)
Facilitate communication among project participants and document relevant interactions as necessary
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Is pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline from an accredited technical institution or college
Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods
Must possess the ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as required
Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Must be able to climb ladders as necessary
This position will have 25% travel, or as required by the assigned project
Position may be assigned to a client site for an extended period of time
Must have access to reliable transportation
Must have the ability to travel and commute on a daily or routine basis
Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, which may include exposure to varying weather
This position is a safety-sensitive position
