Golf Operations - Assistant Manager
Erin Hills Golf Course is seeking an Assistant Manager for their Guest Services Team. This role involves daily management of the Outside Service staff, ensuring efficient operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction while aligning with the company’s mission.

Responsibilities
Area of Responsibility (Bag Drop, Greeter Post, Practice Facility, Locker Room, Welcome House)
Assist with training sessions for new hires & returning staff
Preparation, upkeep & cleanliness of areas of responsibility
Preparation & direction to create documents for daily operations (Luggage Tags, Lodging Sheets, etc.)
Guest Quality Assurance
Approach guest with comments regarding their experience
Help to resolve conflicts with guest complaints
Staff Evaluations
Continuous aid & growth of all employees
Keep positive attitude to maintain positive work environment!
Keeping staff busy and committed to making the Erin Hills Experience great!
Guest Experience
Help with clinics and lessons as directed by Head Golf Professional
Take initiative to sign up for tournaments & putting contests as needed (Paid)
Qualification
Required
Expected to work full time 5/6-Days per week. (40 – 50 hours) (Guaranteed minimum of one, 2-3 day off period per month)
Will be expected to have a clean appearance while on property, including uniform
Position requires ability to frequently walk, sit, stand for up to 8 hours a day
Be able to lift 50 lbs
