Remote OCCC Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Agent

They are seeking Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Agents to support their remote Customer Contact Center, where the role involves assisting and retaining customers by identifying their needs and providing customized solutions.

Responsibilities
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
Support our field's peak season that starts building around February
During peak season you can expect heavy call volume
Manage the customer relationship to ensure best in class service
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
Assist customers by offering remedies to retain business
Work remotely from your home office. (We will provide the computer and other equipment necessary to be successful in this role)
Use different gamification tools to measure performance
Qualification
Required
High School/GED
Bilingual (Fluent communicating in the English and Spanish language including written and oral)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Comfortable working in a high-volume role
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Preferred
1 - 2 years commissioned sales and customer service experience; direct sales/phone sales in or out of a call center environment preferred
