Responsibilities

Lead the standard contract review workflow and propose solutions to exceptions to standard contract terms, ensuring ASC 606 compliance and flagging issues early in the sales cycle

Assist with technical accounting research and analysis on non-recurring and complex transactions

Create comprehensive accounting memos and process documentation that bridge technical requirements with operational realities through strategic cross-functional collaboration

Assist in updating and evolving our ASC 606 revenue policy as new products, pricing models, and contract structures are introduced, including support for SSP analyses and allocations

Translate technical conclusions into operations by partnering with Revenue Accounting Operations, Order Management, and AR

Optimize contract review workflows with Legal and Deal Desk teams, creating efficient processes that maintain compliance without compromising sales velocity

Perform monthly and quarterly SOX controls to ensure compliance with internal controls over financial reporting and maintain documentation standards

Support internal and external audits, including audit schedules and responses to technical accounting inquiries
