Purchasing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Office supply purchase: Manage office and warehouse supplies
• Communication Handling: Draft, proofread, and send emails/POs or internal memos with professionalism and accuracy
• Document Management: Organize files, internal portal updates, and maintain records
• Task Tracking: Monitor shipment and assist in project coordination
• Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Support communication with external partners, distributors, or suppliers

Required

Bilingual required: English & Chinese
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field)
Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) or Google Suite
Familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom)
Basic understanding of CRM or procurement platforms is a plus
