Responsibilities
Assisting with the maintenance and organization of QMS documents, procedures, and forms
Ensuring documents are up-to-date and compliant with relevant standards
Uploading and organizing files in electronic systems
Control & manage process & equipment changes
Organize and process operational process deviations in SAP system
Schedule and monitor layered process audits
Collecting data from various sources to support QMS reporting and analysis
Assisting with data cleaning, analysis, and structuring of reports
Perform process audits against core documentation
Conduct process checks
Qualification
Required
