They are seeking a Commissioning Technician I to perform machine assembly, test and calibrate lasers, and collaborate with the production team to achieve quality and efficiency goals.

Responsibilities

Perform machine assembly according to work instructions and schematics
Set up, test, and calibrate lasers, scanners, and optical elements
Test the functionality of pneumatic and electrical components
Help to identify, document, and resolve nonconformities
Collaborate closely with other members of the production team to achieve quality and efficiency goals
Maintain your workspace, tools, and equipment following 6S principles

Required

1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, servicing, or maintaining powder bed fusion machines
Perform machine assembly according to work instructions and schematics
Set up, test, and calibrate lasers, scanners, and optical elements
Test the functionality of pneumatic and electrical components
Help to identify, document, and resolve nonconformities
Collaborate closely with other members of the production team to achieve quality and efficiency goals
Maintain your workspace, tools, and equipment following 6S principles
You should possess a team-first mindset, motivated, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively
The ability to follow technical instructions, interpret schematics, and ladder logic diagrams
Experience with MS Office, SAP, CAQ, PC configuration, and network knowledge
Experience using multi-meters, precision levels, and measuring devices is required

Preferred

Experience in troubleshooting mechanical/electrical problems is a plus
