Responsibilities
Play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction and product strategy as a foundational team member
Contribute to creating a developer environment that's both efficient and genuinely enjoyable to work in
Support smooth day-to-day product operations by using monitoring and observability tools to identify and troubleshoot issues quickly
Collaborate on growing the engineering team by helping recruit, onboard, and guide new developers as we scale
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Software Engineering experience
Expertise in React & Node
Seed or Early-stage startup experience
Experience with AI prompting, models, and tools (personal experience works!)
You thrive in a face-paced environment and you have the desire to work with ambiguity, speed, and independence
