Responsibilities

Define and drive the enterprise architecture and technology strategy for Intuit’s Workforce Technology ecosystem
Shape how our corporate platforms (HR, Places, Workforce Care, Critical Infrastructure and related functions) scale through modern engineering, AI, and automation
Partner closely with t4i Product Management, Engineering, Segment Business Units, and Corporate Functions to translate business needs into a cohesive technical vision, architecture, and roadmap that accelerates Intuit’s growth
Drive large-scale transformation across complex ecosystems

Required

BS in Computer Science (or related discipline) or equivalent experience
15+ years in software product development, with 5+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture
Deep understanding of corporate systems (HR, Finance, Workplace, Critical Infrastructure or similar) and their integration patterns
Proven thought leadership across interdependent engineering teams and cross-functional domains
Exceptional influencing skills, with the ability to drive consensus across business and technical stakeholders
Expertise in modern architecture stacks — APIs, microservices, public cloud, and developer frameworks
Strong communicator with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to executives and engineers alike
Demonstrated success in build vs. buy strategy, system consolidation, and scalable integration patterns
Skilled in agile methodologies, iterative development, and rapid experimentation
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen, bridging technology and business priorities to drive measurable outcomes
Balance a strong bias for action — moving quickly to deliver outcomes that create immediate impact — with the ability to think strategically and architect for scale, ensuring today's solutions pave the way for tomorrow's growth
