Responsibilities

Drive sales by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on fine jewelry
Foster an exceptional shopping experience by delivering personalized service and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
Act as a brand ambassador by cultivating loyal client relationships and ensuring every interaction reflects the Ring Concierge aesthetic and values
Support clienteling excellence through accurate, detailed, and consistent CRM data entry
Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to understand their preferences, tastes, and purchasing history, utilizing this knowledge for effective clienteling
Demonstrate expert knowledge of our fine jewelry collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and design aesthetics, to confidently advise and assist clients in their purchasing decisions
Actively engage with clients to showcase the uniqueness and beauty of our products, utilizing storytelling and product knowledge to create an emotional connection
Maintain a pristine and welcoming store environment, ensuring displays are visually appealing, and products are presented with care and attention to detail
Collaborate with team members and management to uphold brand standards, achieve sales goals, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture
Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment, supporting peers to achieve shared goals
Act as a reliable and professional team player, embodying Ring Concierge’s values of collaboration, service, and excellence
Lead by example with maintaining the store’s appearance by ensuring displays are well-organized and visually appealing
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market insights to effectively position our brand and products within the luxury jewelry market
Assist with store operations as needed, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining boutique standards
Assist in the seamless execution of product launches, client events, and seasonal activations
Perform opening and closing duties as needed, ensuring the boutique is prepared for daily operations and adhering to security protocols and procedures
Adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Ensure adherence to all operational procedures and policies
Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations

Required

1+ years previous experience in luxury retail sales, with a proven track record of success in selling fine jewelry
Genuine passion for luxury jewelry and a keen eye for design, with the ability to articulate the value and beauty of our products to clients
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clientele
Strong clienteling skills, including the ability to maintain and leverage client relationships for long-term business growth
Results-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and expectations
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of the client experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
