The Visual Design Intern will design and develop a refreshed company overview brochure, collaborating with design and marketing teams to produce a polished, print- and web-ready asset while gaining valuable experience in visual communication and layout design.

Responsibilities

Own the design and development of a refreshed Shield AI company overview brochure that captures our rapid growth and expanding product ecosystem

Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to research, design, and produce a polished, print- and web-ready piece suitable for their portfolio and future Shield AI use

Design and produce a refreshed Shield AI company overview brochure highlighting our rapid growth, mission, and expanding product portfolio

Learn professional design workflows, brand systems, and print production standards in a high-growth environment

Provide an updated, on-brand marketing asset that reflects Shield AI’s current scale and capabilities

Expand the design team’s capacity during a high-growth period, improving turnaround time for key collateral

Build experience in visual communication, layout design, and cross-functional collaboration

Deliver a polished, portfolio-worthy project that demonstrates their ability to execute from concept to completion

Finalize company overview brochure (print and digital versions)

Conduct midpoint design review with revisions based on feedback

Organize design files and documentation for future updates
