Responsibilities
Provides 24x7 monitoring and management of multi-platform data center systems
Monitors and balances power, HVAC, fire suppression, and security systems
Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains servers, storage, and related hardware
Performs Tier 1 support for LAN/WAN and escalates to network engineering
Identifies, classifies, and documents system issues using defined procedures
Assists in disaster recovery and scheduled maintenance activities
Maintains inventory and ensures asset tracking accuracy
Provides on-site tenant and customer support, including shipping/receiving
Ensures adherence to IT policies, security standards, and service expectations
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience
All experience must be paid and in the same related field
Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week
Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted
