Business Development Associate, Commercial Charging

Tesla is seeking a motivated and high-energy short-term contractor to support our Commercial Charging Sales team, focused on Supercharger, Semi-Charging, and Wall Connector programs across North America. The role involves scaling Tesla’s charging network by supporting sales, partner engagement, and program operations.

Responsibilities

Support sales and business development efforts for Supercharger, Semi-Charging, and Wall Connector programs
Help identify and qualify new commercial opportunities across fleet, retail, and real estate sectors
Maintain CRM tools, dashboards, and sales documentation to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
Assist in partner outreach, onboarding, and coordination of site-level activities
Conduct research on EV charging trends, incentives, and competitors to inform strategy
Contribute to the creation of marketing and training materials for partners and internal teams

Required

Must be based in NY, preferably out of Buffalo
