Oversee credit and collections for multiple business units, ensuring minimal bad debt losses
Direct credit supervisors and analysts in evaluating customer creditworthiness and setting credit limits
Manage collection strategies to maintain overdue accounts below target levels (2.00%)
Develop and implement credit policies, SOP compliance, and process improvements
Provide monthly reporting and strategic recommendations to senior management
Qualification
Required
10+ years of credit and collections experience in a commercial environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
Strong knowledge of U.S. Bankruptcy laws and credit risk management
