They are seeking a passionate, detail-driven Associate Designer to create high-quality visual assets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce polished design work.

Responsibilities
Design and build presentation decks, long-form reports, internal one-pagers and case studies, ensuring strong layout, hierarchy and typography
Create social-media assets and digital graphics (carousels, posts, story formats) aligned to our brand and client needs
Maintain and evolve design systems: templates, component libraries, style guides, naming conventions and export guidelines
Prep final deliverables: correct file structure, naming, formats, size/ratio variations, and hand-off for production or publishing
Ensure brand consistency, legibility, accessibility basics (contrast/hierarchy), and file hygiene
Collaborate with writers, strategists, digital folks and other designers; respond to feedback and iterate quickly
Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous requests, adapt to shifts in priorities, and help keep our internal design backlog moving
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
A strong portfolio showing excellent presentation design, long-form documents (reports, whitepapers), layout/typography, and digital/social work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and strong PowerPoint skills
Understanding of responsive web design and accessibility fundamentals
A keen eye for detail: you notice spacing, alignment, naming conventions, export settings, odd file structures
Ability to work at production speed, whilst maintaining craft and accuracy
A collaborative mindset: you ask questions, accept feedback, and like to work in a team environment
Curiosity and willingness to learn
Preferred
Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms
Basic motion skills (After Effects or Canva)
