Responsibilities

Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives
Define objectives and connect them to process improvements using advanced analytics and consulting methodologies
Partner with Directors of Medication Management (DMM) and National Accounts (DNA) to identify and engage prospective clients
Lead assessments to uncover innovation opportunities and deliver tailored solutions
Design and present executive-level proposals for outcomes-based partnerships
Co-develop business proposals and negotiate terms to secure agreements
Drive change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new processes and technologies
Monitor program performance through metrics and dashboards; report progress to stakeholders
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for seamless execution of partnership initiatives
Identify and mitigate risks with proactive strategies and contingency planning
Expand business opportunities across the BD MMS portfolio

Qualification

Healthcare consulting experienceHealthcare economics knowledgeAdvanced data literacyExecutive presentation skillsNegotiation skillsChange managementComfort with ambiguityLean/Six Sigma familiarityCross-functional team leadership

Required

10+ years in healthcare consulting, hospital operations, or commercial roles with proven success in sales or consulting
Strong understanding of healthcare economics, reimbursement models, and value-based care
Advanced data literacy and ability to interpret clinical and financial analytics
Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
Willingness to travel 50%+

Preferred

Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
MBA strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree required
Experience negotiating partnership agreements with healthcare executives
