Responsibilities

Serve as the primary operator of the CT scanner, including setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Develop and document standard operating procedures for CT scanning and related inspection processes

Split responsibilities between automation (Python scripting for inspection routines and data analysis) and failure analysis (root cause and corrective action investigations)

Design and 3D print custom fixturing to support part inspection and scanning

Perform dimensional analysis using CT data and as needed, CMM equipment

Generate clear, detailed inspection reports and present findings to internal teams

Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to resolve defects and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required
