Required
5+ years B2B/enterprise software experience in a growing startup, vertical SaaS
5+ years designing B2B/enterprise software in a fast-growing startup
Experience managing and growing design teams
Background in vertical SaaS - you understand the power of niche platforms
Strong grasp of SaaS metrics like retention, churn, and expansion
A current portfolio that shows both craft and strategic thinking
