Responsibilities

Develop detailed structural component designs

Collaborate with other disciplines to maintain drawing accuracy and consistency

Review and verify drawings, including occasional visits to production areas

Ensure adherence to CAD standards and Bollinger design protocols

Apply common materials and standardized practices wherever feasible

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications

Follow Bollinger’s internal control procedures (e.g., DDNs, ECNs, CCRs)

Coordinate and verify vendor-supplied technical data for integration

Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Incorporate input from clients, regulatory authorities, and other entities into project designs

Required: Proficiency with ShipConstructor software

Completion of 2 years of college-level coursework (equivalent to an AA degree) in Industrial Technology or a related discipline

Equivalent experience/training will be considered in lieu of formal education

Minimum 6+ years of relevant design experience
