Responsibilities
Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments of industrial control systems (ICS) networks, systems, and components to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and technical controls to reduce risk and strengthen system resilience
Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations such as NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, and IEC 61850
Design, configure, and implement protective technologies including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDPS), and SIEM platforms to defend against cyber threats
Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments of ICS environments to identify weaknesses and implement timely remediation
Provide training and technical guidance to engineers and operators on cybersecurity best practices to improve awareness and compliance
Work with cross-functional teams to embed cybersecurity into the design, development, and deployment of new ICS systems and components
Participate in incident response activities, analyzing and mitigating threats to quickly restore secure and stable operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience in OT cybersecurity, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud security, including deployment, monitoring, and protection technologies
Proven expertise in endpoint protection solutions, advanced email threat protection, and forensic investigation/remediation
Strong background in Windows Active Directory security and administration
Experience managing Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and implementing network-level protections against evolving cyber threats
Skilled in analyzing and interpreting log data using security analytics tools to detect and respond to potential incidents
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex security concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
Respectful, approachable, and team-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while building strong working relationships
