Initiate, develop and grow commercial painting relationships
Attend networking events and tradeshows to identify potential clients
Identify prospects in target markets
Use Social Media Marketing to help build client pool
Generate RFP’s (Request for Proposals)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in marketing or related field
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
Business to business sales and marketing experience (required) in commercial real estate
Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
