Responsibilities

Own the ServiceMax Platform: Configure, maintain, and enhance the ServiceMax application using out-of-the-box functionality to support evolving business needs
Ensure System Integrity: Monitor data accuracy, conduct routine checks, perform system audits, and ensure optimal performance across platforms
Build Smarter Processes: Develop and implement workflows, process builders, validation rules, and reports that improve efficiency and support KPIs
Lead Administration & Governance: Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, system configurations, and code migrations while upholding best practices
Be the First Line of Support: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, address user requests through MEPPI’s ticketing system, and provide timely, effective solutions
Support Business Excellence: Partner with the Operational Excellence Manager to track, analyze, and report on service KPIs
Drive Future Enhancements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, support new software implementations, and roll out platform improvements
Stay Ahead of Releases: Monitor ServiceMax and Salesforce updates, evaluate new features, and recommend enhancements that benefit SCD operations
Shape CRM Operational Standards: Coordinate the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of CRM processes, policies, and system standards across the division
Train & Empower Users: Deliver onboarding, refresher, and new-feature training sessions that promote strong user adoption and system engagement
Maintain Compliance: Assist with annual compliance audits through permission reviews, system reporting, and documentation
Represent SCD: Interact with employees, vendors, and customers in a manner that strengthens the division’s professional image and relationships

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3–5 years of hands-on experience performing business analysis and software administration, ideally within a manufacturing or service-focused environment
Intermediate understanding of field service operations and business process development
Intermediate Salesforce platform experience (workflows, admin setup, reporting)
Basic experience with ServiceMax configuration and administration
Advanced communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Advanced proficiency with MS Office and business systems
