Senior Analyst, Inventory Control

The Senior Inventory Control Analyst will manage inventory across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with policies and enhancing operational efficiency through detailed reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and improve existing inventory control processes, developing new procedures as needed
Support the Supply Chain team by providing essential inventory-on-hand reports for processes such as Demand and Supply Planning
Oversee daily Sales Order processing to ensure smooth operations
Manage ERP system maintenance and network-wide inventory exceptions, including negative on-hand balances, past-due goods receipts, and shipping audits
Provide training and tools to cross-functional teams to enhance inventory control practices
Assist the pharmacy network with daily inventory challenges and ad hoc requests
Develop actionable reporting based on inventory exceptions to drive continuous improvement
Lead the pharmacy cycle count process and generate reports on shrink, accuracy, and variance to identify areas for optimization
Conduct regular stockroom audits to maintain system accuracy
Support end-of-month reporting requirements for the Accounting team
Participate in annual physical inventories at pharmacy and warehouse locations
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in supply chain or operations
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (intermediate level)
Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively via email, chat, phone, and in person
Preferred
Experience collaborating with Finance and Accounting teams
Hands-on experience with physical inventory management
Background in a pharmacy-related environment
