Generator Source is seeking an Internal Operations & Asset Portfolio Manager to lead and unify internal service operations across all branches. This role is responsible for optimizing internal processes, maintaining repair budgets for generators listed for sale, and coordinating closely with the equipment sales team on inventory acquisitions.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize standardized workflows for all branches
Provide first-level support when internal client or operational issues arise
Coordinate training and team-building activities for internal service teams
Identify long-term goals for each branch and build execution plans
Manage repair budgets while ensuring target margins for resale
Ensure internal service departments have needed tools, supplies, and resources
Facilitate regular status meetings and communicate updates to leadership
Partner with sales leadership to maintain inventory budgets and drive healthy turnover
Serve as the primary contact for determining target purchase prices on new and used acquisitions
Strategically time new acquisitions based on sales history, client demand, and OEM opportunities
Review all outgoing units for accuracy, quality, and compliance
Ensure consistent product standards across all branches
