Responsibilities

Maintain and support the HR Information System HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and user access controls
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other internal external systems
Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure timely resolution
Monitor integration performance and ensure compliance with data security standards
Own and manage the Exit Management Portal, ensuring a smooth and compliant offboarding process
Automate workflows related to employee separation, including final settlements, exit interviews, and documentation
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to streamline exit procedures and improve user experience
Generate and analyze reports related to employee lifecycle, exit trends, and system usage
Provide insights to HR leadership for strategic decision making
Ensure all HRIS, and integration processes comply with internal policies and external regulations
Maintain documentation for system configurations, integration mappings, and process flows

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
3–6 years of experience in HRIS management and Workday integrations
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, and other integration tools
Strong understanding of HR processes, especially offboarding and exit management
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Experience with ticketing systems and change management processes

Preferred

Knowledge of data privacy regulations e.g., GDPR, HIPAA
Experience with other HR platforms e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM
Familiarity with scripting or programming languages used in integrations e.g., XSLT, XML, REST APIs
