Bilingual Customer Service Representative
PrismHR is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Cape Coral, FL. The role involves assisting customers, managing sales administration, and ensuring smooth delivery coordination while providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
Professionally answer phones and assist customers with inquiries both in person and over the phone
Complete finance applications accurately and efficiently for customers
Handle all necessary data entry for customer invoices and tracking furniture shipments
Route and coordinate store deliveries, ensuring timely and organized fulfillment
Maintain organized records and perform general office management tasks
Qualification
Required
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (Bilingual Required)
Prior experience in sales or office management is required
Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
Comfortable using technology and proficient in performing accurate data entry
Benefits
2% commission on any furniture sales.
