Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Efficiently manage all phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
Process insurance verifications and accurately collect payments as needed
Maintain accurate patient records, ensure proper documentation, and assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Medical Office experience is required
Front desk medical office experience is required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in scheduling software and basic office technology
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Professional appearance
Positive attitude
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive patient information
Preferred
Previous experience in a Chiropractic Office is preferred
