Project Coordinator
PrismHR is a full-service equipment and supplies dealership based in Nashville, TN, seeking a Project Coordinator to provide crucial administrative and logistical support to the Project Manager. The role focuses on maintaining order, tracking progress, and facilitating clear communication among all stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of foodservice equipment projects.
Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers in coordinating all project activities, resources, and schedules for foodservice equipment installations
Maintain all critical project documentation, including contracts, schedules, reports, and ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
Serve as the central communication point between clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are clearly understood and met
Track project progress against established timelines and efficiently report timely updates and status summaries to the Project Manager
Handle essential administrative duties, such as processing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and managing invoices
Organize and participate in project meetings, accurately recording meeting minutes and tracking follow-up tasks to completion

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems and project management tools
Experience in foodservice distribution or familiarity with foodservice equipment and supply projects
