They are seeking an experienced architectural production professional to support the development of high-quality technical documentation and collaborate with project teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Project Manager to execute project plans and deliverables
Translate design intent into clear, coordinated technical documentation
Produce accurate construction documents independently with minimal supervision
Support internal quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project standards
Assist with code research, material selection, and building system coordination
Review drawings for accuracy, constructability, and alignment with project standards
Help maintain office standards, typical details, and BIM templates to support consistent, high-quality work
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure cohesive project delivery
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards

Required

8+ years of related experience
Strong proficiency in Revit required
Knowledge of building systems, materials, codes, and detailing
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
Ability to manage time, workflows, and multiple tasks independently
Attention to detail, consistency, and dependable follow-through

Preferred

Bluebeam Revu preferred
Experience with specifications or supporting spec coordination is a plus
