Responsibilities
Accurately input and maintain customer data, orders, and service information in company systems with high attention to detail
Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization, ensuring customer needs are met promptly and correctly
Communicate customer requirements clearly to the support team in accordance with company policies and procedures
Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before final processing or distribution
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding orders, invoices, or service requests
Determine and record charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, and arrange for billing as needed
Collaborate with the team to continuously identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of data entry or customer service experience
Proven ability to enter data quickly and accurately while maintaining focus and precision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative and follow through
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Team player who uplifts others, contributes positively to company culture, and maintains a sense of humor under pressure
Preferred
Print industry experience
Experience with PrintSmith or other print management software
