They are currently seeking an experienced Wastewater Project Manager to lead operations at their activated sludge wastewater treatment facility in the Richmond, VA area, overseeing a dedicated team and ensuring excellence in operations and laboratory analysis.

Manage full-scope plant operations and on-site lab functions
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee development
Develop and manage annual operating budget
Champion safety protocols and regulatory compliance
Drive continuous process improvement and optimalization
Qualification
Required
Virginia Class 1 Wastewater Operator License
Proven experience managing activated sludge systems
Strong leadership and team management skills
Budget development and financial oversight experience
