Responsibilities

Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Develop strategies to litigate wage and hour matters in state and federal courts
Take responsibility in being part of a litigation team representing clients in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations
Develop persuasive research, writing, and oral advocacy skills while being mentored by more senior attorneys

Qualification

Required

Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
