Real Estate Litigation Paralegal
Orion Placement is a nationally recognized Am Law firm with a strong real estate practice. They are seeking a Real Estate Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys on various real estate litigation matters, manage case files, and assist with trial preparations.

Responsibilities
Support attorneys on a wide range of commercial and residential real estate litigation matters
Assist with foreclosure actions, enforcement of judgments, unlawful detainer matters, and other real estate disputes
Draft, format, and proofread pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
Manage case files, organize and maintain case materials, and track critical deadlines from intake through resolution
Coordinate motion and trial preparation, including assembling binders, exhibits, witness files, and hearing materials
Assist with e-filing and traditional filing in state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with local rules
Conduct factual and legal research, including public records, title, and property-related investigations
Support real estate closings, including preparing closing checklists, gathering documents, and coordinating signatures
Review and summarize title documents, surveys, and related real estate materials
Prepare and file corporate and entity documents, and handle drafting and recording with County Recorders throughout California
Communicate with clients, courts, experts, and vendors in a professional and service-oriented manner
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, ideally with real estate or commercial litigation focus
Strong experience with motion and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and maintaining case materials
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate required
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management skills in a deadline-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems, including document management and e-filing platforms
Ability to work on-site in San Francisco three days per week as part of a hybrid schedule
Preferred
Experience with foreclosures, enforcement of judgments, unlawful detainers, or similar real estate disputes
Familiarity with real estate closings, title review, and recording documents with County Recorders in California
