Responsibilities

Drive Sales & Growth: Lead and prioritize sales, retention, and marketing initiatives for Nasdaq-100 Index® Options (NDX & XND), targeting new and existing clients
Develop & Execute Strategies: Guide short- and long-term sales plans, foster relationships, and identify new business opportunities through direct client engagement and industry events
Collaborate & Align: Partner with senior management, brokerage firms, and strategic leaders to align client needs with product strategies and support sustained growth
Integrate & Promote Products: Coordinate product implementation, communication, and integration into brokerage offerings, while expanding awareness among institutional and retail firms
Represent Nasdaq: Attend and participate in conferences, panels, and industry events to deepen market presence and strengthen partnerships

Qualification

Sales experienceFinancial markets knowledgeBachelor’s degreeMarketing skillsClient engagement

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or marketing/sales
10+ years of sales environment in the financial markets
