Responsibilities
Manage a high-performing team responsible for quoting, deal structuring, contracting, discount approvals, and order processing
Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve consistency and reduce manual effort
Deliver actionable insights through reporting and analytics to support departmental decision-making
Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment, compliance, and continuous improvement
Mentor and develop talent, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
Serve as a functional expert and resource across Revenue Operations
Support evolving business needs and strategic initiatives with agility and foresight
Qualification
Required
Proven success in leading deal desk functions at the departmental or business unit level
Strong command of pricing strategy, contract governance, and compliance
Proficiency in CRM and CPQ systems such as Salesforce and Apttus
A track record of automating inefficient processes and driving operational excellence
Exceptional analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills
A collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust-based partnerships across Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Systems teams
A commitment to equity, inclusion, and talent development
A Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and 10+ years of relevant experience
