Unstuck Engine is seeking to build a B2B Video Marketing team of interns. The role involves creating and optimizing video content across various platforms, learning video production systems, and collaborating as a team to drive marketing results.

Responsibilities
Plan video content strategy (what videos for which audience at which stage)
Produce videos (shoot, edit, publish across multiple formats and platforms)
Host on-camera content (podcast interviews, product tours, educational content)
Optimize for platforms (YouTube ≠ LinkedIn ≠ TikTok ≠ Twitter ≠ Instagram ≠ Substack – different formats, thumbnails, descriptions, hooks)
Repurpose content (turn one long video into 10 platform-specific clips)
Track attribution (you'll have your own set of short links to see signups → trials → purchases from your videos)
Optimize based on data (which topics perform? Which platforms convert? Which formats get watched? Double down on winners.)
Work with other teams (Content team needs video version? Partnerships needs customer story? You produce it.)
Learn continuously (you'll start with 2 weeks of deep dive, but real expertise comes from 6 months of shipping and iterating)
Qualification
Required
Recent graduates in Film/Video Production, Communications, Marketing, or Journalism
Strength in one or more areas of video production, hosting, optimization, or repurposing
Willingness to spend 2 weeks learning before starting to create
Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate constantly
Preferred
Deep immersion in the subject matter
Availability to work 15-20 hours/week or full-time (40 hours/week)
