Project Manager - Operational Readiness

Clark & Enersen is a leading consulting firm in life sciences, and they are seeking an Operational Readiness Project Manager. This role is responsible for managing the delivery of operational readiness aspects of the Foundry site, ensuring that project deliverables are planned and executed effectively to support startup operations.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders and SMEs to develop operational readiness scope for a workstream
Lead cross-functional project teams to develop operational readiness scope into an integrated schedule
Manage and track execution of operational readiness deliverables and provide required metrics for stakeholder accountability
Integrate operational readiness schedules with the overall project schedule to enable integrated critical path tracking
Deliver good project management best practices across all areas

Qualification

Pharmaceutical Industry ExperienceOracle Primavera P6Project ManagementCAPM CertificationPMP CertificationMicrosoft ProjectCommunication SkillsTeam LeadershipOrganizational Skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or other scientific discipline
Minimum four years of experience in project management

Preferred

Experience managing projects in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
CAPM or PMP Certification
Experience with Oracle Primavera P6
Experience working in a GMP environment preferred
Experience with capital project execution
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience utilizing Microsoft Project or other project scheduling software
Ability to work as a team leader to execute multi-disciplined projects
Strong organizational skills
