As an Associate on the Client Services team, you will take full ownership of projects that directly influence clients’ strategic outcomes by managing expert engagement and coordinating logistics.

Responsibilities

Own expert engagement from end to end: sourcing, vetting, outreach, and scheduling
Speak directly with experts and stakeholders across industries and time zones
Deliver on tight timelines across multiple fast-moving client workstreams
Understand business problems quickly and match them with relevant industry expertise
Drive outcomes through sound judgment, clear communication, and relentless follow-through

Qualification

Client engagementCommunication skillsBusiness acumenProject managementFluency in English

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (3.5+ GPA preferred)
6–18 months of relevant professional or internship experience (client-facing roles a plus)
Outstanding communicator with strong business instincts
Thrives in deadline-driven environments and takes ownership of results
Resourceful, proactive, and highly accountable
Authorized to work in the U.S. (STEM OPT holders welcome)
Strong fluency in verbal and written English
