Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, processing transactions, assisting with purchases, and handling inquiries, returns, and complaints in a professional manner
Accurately process sales through the POS system, verifying pricing, quantities, and product availability
Pick, pack, and process wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy in counts, pricing, and timely completion when needed
Maintain inventory by restocking shelves, assisting with counts, and reporting discrepancies
Keep the cash and carry area, retail floor clean, organized, and safe
Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions with accuracy
Support team members and management with additional tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic math and computer skills for order entry and transactions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Preferred
Previous experience in retail, wholesale, or warehouse operations
