Summer Intern: Education-School Programs
The Pew Center for Arts & Heritage is a foundation focused on cultural engagement, and they are seeking a Summer Intern for their School Programs department. This role involves supporting educational initiatives for students from pre-K to 12th grade, creating resources for teachers, and assisting with community engagement activities.

Responsibilities
Learn teaching strategies and engage camp or community groups during tours or programs
Create engagement activities for gallery lessons
Create resources for teachers to use in their classrooms
Assist with professional development workshops for teachers
Help market pre-K–12 programs, programs for teachers, and the internship program
Qualification
Required
Eligible interns are either an undergraduate or graduate student or a recent college graduate
Criminal Background-National
Criminal Background for work with children -National Child Abuse, FBI, PA PATCH
Ability to occasionally transport up to 25 lbs. of files, equipment or supplies
Ability to move to access files, equipment or supplies
This position requires extended time on the computer
Clearly communicate in person, by phone, and by video conference
Communicate with others in conversational and written English
