Responsibilities

Deliver customized, aerospace training curriculum for our Boeing Pre-employment Program Sheet Metal Assembler Riveter, and Composites Technology courses

Qualification

Aerospace training deliveryAircraft sheet metal experienceComposites technology experienceLeanContinuous ImprovementLeadership developmentSafety trainingAutomated ControlsIndustrial MaintenanceTraining certificationsBoeing assembly background

Required

Master's degree or equivalent plus 1 year of experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 3 years of experience
Associate degree or equivalent plus 5 years of experience
7 years of experience

Preferred

Experience delivering training in areas of Lean and Continuous Improvement
Experience in Leadership and Professional Development
Experience in Safety
Experience in Automated Controls
Experience in Industrial Maintenance
Experience in other business or technical training programs
Industry and/or training certification(s) desired, e.g. CQA, ATD, ISO auditing, Six Sigma, OSHA, DDI
Industry certification(s) in related fields
Boeing assembly mechanic background and/or management of production assembly lines
