Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualification
Required
Possess a strong intrinsic motivation and competitive drive in sales
Demonstrated ability to establish rapport, actively listen, and identify client needs
Expertise in prospecting and lead generation
Natural aptitude for overcoming objections
Exceptional communication skills and dedication to service
Collaborative team member
Licensed real estate professional
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate sales
Proficient in both written and verbal communication
